After-Sales Service & Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Commitment

We provide a 12-month free warranty starting from the shipment date.
The warranty covers failures caused by manufacturing defects or material defects under normal use.


2. Free Repair Coverage

During the warranty period, we offer free diagnosis, repair, or replacement of defective parts for issues caused by product quality or non-human damage.

  • Labor and repair costs: Free
  • Shipping cost: To be discussed depending on the case

Our goal is to minimize downtime and protect our distributors’ after-sales costs.


3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
    • Camera head damage due to improper operation
    • Cable breakage caused by excessive pulling or bending
  • Products used beyond the warranty period

⚠️ Any unauthorized modification or repair will automatically void the warranty.


4. Response Time Commitment

  • Initial response: within 24–48 hours after receiving an after-sales request
  • Preliminary diagnosis: completed within 3–5 working days (China working days)
  • Urgent cases: prioritized support via WhatsApp or phone

We ensure every service request is tracked and handled efficiently.
